Introduction
On the day of 9th November 2024, an organised Educational and Craft Fair 2024 took place at Haa.Dhaalu. Atoll school. It was jointly organised by the Science and Art clubs of the school. This report aims to highlight the important events that took place at the fair.
Highlights of the Event:
The fair commenced at 01:30 p.m. in the afternoon. It was inaugurated by Mr. Mohamed Hilmy, the Principal of H.Dh. Atoll School. All students and judges were advised to be present on time. Additionally, visitors were allowed to enter after 02:15 p.m.
Students showcased creative craftworks made from recyclable materials.
During the fair, each group of participants was asked to give information, explain, and demonstrate their projects.
After a large number of visitors came to the fair, the place became quite crowded. Despite the students’ efforts put into their projects, the judges declared only three winners in each key stage in both the Art and Educational fair categories.

Improvements to be made:
The students were certain that the event was successful. However, the preparation time given to the participants was quite overwhelming. Moreover, the exhibition time was changed, but this could have been informed to everyone in advance.
Conclusion:
Overall, this event will certainly benefit the students. Nonetheless, it is important to organise a fixed time and duration for next year. Thus, leading to a more successful exhibition in the foreseeable future.
